Step #1: Install FREE Shopify App

 

Install our WC Fulfillment App  for Shopify. Just enter your store name on the next page and the install process will begin. You will be sent to the app dashboard after it successfully installs.

Step #2: Inside App - Settings & Setup

 

Setup & Settings. Add your Payment Methods in order to be able to publish products.

Step #3: Creating Your First Product

 

Choose a Product to Publish. Follow the setups, upload your design, set your price, title and descriptions. Do not remove vendor, product tags, or change product SKUs.

Step #4: Managing Orders

IMPORTANT: Follow our Customer Service Scripts. To Handle Your Customers with a Proven Process.

 

How to Cancel an Order. You can NOT cancel after our production tag is added to order, ie. 24-48 hrs after an order is placed. Your customer has until production tag is added to cancel.

 

How to Remove 1 or more Items. If your customer wants to remove items. You can remove an item up until it goes into production and the production tag is added, ie. 24-48 hrs after order is placed. If you cancel inside shopify before production tag, you will auto be refunded. No need to contact our CS team.

 

How to Delete a Sku/ Variant From Shopify Dropdown. 

 

How to Add Items. If your customer wants to add items, have them check out again.  If you You need to add items, create a new manual Order (see instructions below) . No need to contact our CS team.

 

How to Change Address. You can NOT change or edit after our production tag is added to an order, ie. 24-48 hrs after an order is placed. You can TRY to catch the order before it is shipped by contacting our 24-hr CS team and have the address updated.

 

How to Change Product Quantities. If your customer wants an additional item, have them check out again. If they want to remove an item, you can remove an item up until it goes into production and the production tag is added, ie. 24-48 hrs after an order is placed. If you cancel inside Shopify before production tag, you will automatically be refunded. No need to contact our CS team.

 

How to Change Size/Model. You can change size/model up until order goes into production. You can NOT change or edit after our production tag is added to order, ie. 24-48 hrs after an order is placed.

 

How to Change Product Design/SKU. You can change Design/SKU up until order goes into production. You can NOT Change or Edit after our production tag is added to order, ie. 24-48 hrs after an order is placed.

 

How to Move Product out of On Hold. There are 2 reasons an order may be on hold status. 1) Your payment failed 2) Your design was rejected. Here is how to fix each situation.

Common Mistakes

 
  • Do NOT change the vendor, “WC-fulfillment”.
  • Do NOT edit variants/SKUs.
  • Do NOT duplicate a product.
  • Do NOT remove Product tags.
  • Do NOT remove ORDER tags.
  • Every product requires shipping. If you want free shipping, use shipping rules.
  • Don’t set to auto fulfill on archive. Once it’s archived, we can’t send the shipping back.
